Follow-up to #1 (already merged) — updates README.md/README-ru.md's discovery section to document the fixes from that PR: the 0x09 (BUSY) TLV type, PSID-only source recovery, TYPE-based model detection for Advertisement-only devices, and the split connect/query timeouts plus DNS-lookup gating in the TCP/93 sweep.
Docs-only change, no code touched.
