The user asked for the choice of two languages in «Отчёт LaTeX…». The
button now opens a menu, «по-русски» or «in English», on «Результаты»
and on «Сравнение».

- strings_en.py has the English texts of the report and of what it
  takes from digest: the diagnostic cards, the checks of the runs, the
  notes of the joint report and the line for a paper. They keep the
  names of their Russian counterparts in strings.py, and a test checks
  that.
- digest.diagnostic_cards, row_checks, check_text, seeds_word and
  joint_report take the module of the texts (lang, strings by default),
  so the interface is unchanged. The plural of "сид" moved to
  strings.seed_word, next to strings_en.seed_word.
- report.LANGUAGES: the texts, the encodings of fontenc and the
  languages of babel of each language (T2A for Russian; T2A,T1 with
  English the main one). \frenchspacing gives one space after a stop.
  The line for a paper is set ragged in a quote, as monospaced text
  does not stretch.
- Screen.add_button takes a menu; widgets.language_menu.

Checked by hand with TeX Live 2026 on the user's N3RAW runs: Russian and
English, two seeds and one run. All four build with no error and no
overfull box, and the English PDF has no Cyrillic letter.
