The user asked for the figures in both languages too, and asked why
the Russian figure read "аморфная доля" in percent.

- src/figure_labels.py holds the words of both figures in English and
  Russian: axes, legends, the note under the fraction, the titles and
  the labels of the seeds.
- export_pgf.write_tables (and export_pgf.py --language) and
  amorph_tex.write_tables / write_figure write them into the macros of
  the tables, as UTF-8. xrd_fit_body.tex and xrd_seeds_body.tex take
  every word from there, with \providecommand English defaults for
  tables of an older export_pgf.py.
- The standalone xrd_fit.tex and xrd_seeds.tex load tempora (Times-like
  with Cyrillic, by the author of newtx) with newtxmath, and T2A after
  it, as tempora sets T1.
- «Сравнение»: a switch «язык» (English / русский) next to «стиль», for
  the preview and every export of the figure. «Результаты»: the menu of
  «Данные для PGFPlots…». The LaTeX report draws its figures in its own
  language. The previews (figures.py) draw the same words.
- In Russian the fraction in percent on xrd_fit reads «Степень
  аморфности», the term of XRD for it, as «доля» is 0-1 everywhere else.
  The 0-1 numbers of xrd_seeds keep «аморфная доля».

Checked by hand with TeX Live 2026 on the user's two seeds of N3RAW: both
figures in both languages as PDF and SVG, and the LaTeX report in both
languages. All build; the Russian ones are set in Tempora.
