This MR splits the reference architecture page into a main page
(index.md) and seven child pages, one per size of reference
architecture. It copies the footnotes over to each child page, and
removes them from the main page. It also adds an unordered list of
the child pages to the main page, and each of the child pages has
an introductory sentence that links back to the main page.
