Test the waters: `innerText` does more, considering styles as well. I would argue we have used `innerText` without the need for this behaviour in most cases. See https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Node/textContent#differences_from_innertext

I played around with enabling this but with the twisties, checkbox, icon and all that, I didn't think it looked good. We'll keep `detail` as a Quick Pick feature. fixes https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/258657
