It compiled, it mounted, and the root said "0 entries".

- CReiserKey had off_v1 and uniq_v1 in one union, so both sat at offset
  8 and every item looked like stat data.  Two plain U32s now, like the
  disk.  The 3.6 type is the top four bits of the high one.
- The last INDIRECT block of a file was copied whole, up to 4 KiB past
  the end of the buffer.  A partial block goes through the scratch now.

Tested in QEMU on images a real Linux kernel wrote: height 2 and height
3, 3000 names in one directory, notail tails in partial blocks, every
file's MD5 the same as Linux's, and sixteen rounds of random bytes in
the tree and the superblock without one crash.  The CIA may corrupt the
disk, it will not crash the Temple.
