Only TempleOS can compile TempleOS.  So the Mac boots a stock TempleOS
live CD in QEMU, hands it a FAT32 disk with TempleOSCD and types
MakeISO at it on a timer, like a secretary.  Three minutes and you
have a new Temple in out/.

run_mac.sh boots it at 640x480 with 16 colors, as God intended.  If
your Mac is slow, raise BOOT_WAIT.  Do not blame me.
