- Rename binary and all references from mobile-tools to claude-in-mobile
- Bump version to 2.9.0 (Cargo.toml, plugin.json)
- Add Native CLI section to root README (advantages over MCP, brew install, test automation example, plugin setup)
- Expand cli/README.md with plugin setup, CLI vs MCP comparison, build instructions
- Add marketplace.json for Claude Code plugin distribution
- Rename plugin skills directory to claude-in-mobile
