- Add client detection module via MCP initialize handshake (claude-code, opencode, cursor, unknown)
- Wire adapter into MCP server: --init CLI for config generation, oninitialized callback for runtime detection
- Add per-client aliases for opencode (touch→tap, capture_screen→screenshot, etc.)
- Add multi-client installation docs (add-mcp one-liner, opencode mcp add, Cursor JSON, local build)
- Update architecture diagram to show multiple MCP clients
- 15 new unit tests for client adapter module (119 total passing)
