-Fix off-by-one page numbers in the table of contents. NavigationPage.qml mixed 0-based and 1-based numbering: the chapter list showed the raw BookmarksModel index and the click handler subtracted one more before positionViewAtIndex(), so every chapter was displayed and opened one page early. Show pageIndex + 1 and pass pageIndex unchanged. Also accept pageIndex >= 0 in PdfDocumentBookmarksLoadTask so bookmarks to the first page are not dropped.
