add feature to force input of data, useful for string csv

I've purposefully not attacked this node with a machette, because it does a lot of subtle things that i'm not going to find time to appreciate. This modification hopes to only be noticable in a scenario where the node would otherwise produce dudd data.

In order for the node to produce data you must go to the N-panel of the node and tick "force input", this will read the string of the data element and not do any conversion unless the string is already purely a number.
