Index to mask node

Problem statement

  File "..\sverchok\nodes\list_masks\index_to_mask.py", line 82, in process
    out.append(m[:, 0].tolist())
IndexError: too many indices for array

Looks like the problem is only when list of faces has faces with different length of points number.
